To promote positive cultural values, norms and practices in communities

 To expand social protection measures to reduce vulnerability and enhance the productivity of human resource

 To promote gender equality and women empowerment by ensuring equitable access to opportunities and participation in development processes

 To promote respect for human rights and dignity

 To ensure effective community mobilisation and participation in development initiatives
