Minister of ICT and National guidance Hon Chris Baryomunsi officiating the closure of Parish Development Model (PDM) training workshop organised for trainers of trainees including DPOs, DCOs, DCDOs, District Planners and Communication officers of south western region  at Igongo in Mbarara. He further said the President will launch the program soon.
